Shipping destinations
Oak & Iron currently ships within Canada.
Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed and inventory is available. Processing times are separate from carrier delivery estimates. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Rates and estimated delivery
Standard shipping is $12 CAD. Standard shipping is free on orders of $119 CAD or more after discounts and before taxes. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
Express shipping is $20 CAD. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after fulfillment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Address accuracy
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact info@oakandironbrand.ca as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Tracking and delivery issues
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact the carrier first and then email info@oakandironbrand.ca with your order number if further help is needed.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@oakandironbrand.ca promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
