Returns and Refunds
We want you to be confident in your Oak & Iron purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.
To start a return
Email info@oakandironbrand.ca before sending anything back. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, include clear photographs. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We will provide the return address and instructions after approving your request.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind, fit, or size returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as Oak & Iron is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Oak & Iron will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. The fastest way to obtain another size or item is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, and items marked final sale cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
